Yoga Workshop – Restorative + Yoga Nidra: A Deep Relaxation Workshop

Open your heart center and feel your positive energy rise. Setting intention (sankalpa), conscious breathing (prananyama), physical restorative postures (gentle asana with support from yoga props), guided deep conscious relaxation (yoga nidra), will leave you feeling restored and refreshed. You will work with bolsters and props, so if you have your own please bring them. Wear comfortable clothing, and preferably layers, to ensure greater comfort. Open to all levels.
